Three interviews were conducted with six people at different times throughout the process. The first two sets of interviews were great. The last, not so much. The hiring manager wore a t-shirt to my interview; she undermined my work at various points of the discussion and didn't seem interested in getting to know me. I left as if it was an interview for comparison's sake. She didn't even try to have a conversation; she rushed through all the questions. I didn't get the job, which was fine as I had multiple other interviews and offers. It was disappointing that I made it to the final round, and I had to email them twice to find out the status of my candidacy. The hiring manager has yet to respond to my email, and HR only responded to my inquiry; after three interviews, they ghosted me. I found that to be terrible for an organization whose primary mission is helping women advance into senior leadership. For those who are interviewing in the future, do not expect to get a response if you aren't selected.
