1. Start with Normal Telephonic round whether we are having exp on relevant QA skills and availability and if they satisfy our answers, then they will start the process to schedule an Interview for us. (This process will take 10-15 mins) 2. Then Technical Round, Either Client side or Offshore itself or Both (Usually LEAD/Manager will take from Offshore), sometime Client will conduct the second level Technical interview. (This Technical round will take 45 min-60 mins and result will announce within 3-5 business days 3. Then Followed by HR level interview, as usual discuss about package and joining date. (few persons were rejected in HR round also due to their attitude and fake exp) 4. Company will do Background Check (previous company only I think)
