Interview process started good enough, nearly 30 people attended, questions was from SQL and Testing plus 35 Aptitude Questions. After clearing the first round ll be having Technical face to face out of 30 nearly 4 were only shortlisted for 2nd round. Questions were from SQL and Testing in depth, It took nearly 1 year to get the result announcement that too I called to get the information, no responsibility from the management side. Only 2 were selected for the third round 3rd round is HR round as told before where it seemed to be a typical round where you'll be asked from your resume nevertheless about your academic projects and real time knowledge with testing and those stuff. After waiting for 2 or 3 days I called the HR and was shocked to hear as none of the candidates were selected. Donno why they have conducted interview then, why they shortlisted 2 out of the 30 from initial process, my strong belief to get offer was vanished, please don't play with fresher's , they can explore their opportunities if given chance, don't fool them by keeping interviews as such. Waste of interview time spend and horrible experience.
