I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Woodbridge Home Solutions
Interview
Came in and sat with a gentleman who seemed like he had never done an interview before. He was awkward and not very commanding. He asked some questions off of a paper he read verbatim.
I answered all of them fully he then proceeded to ask me things legally you cannot ask. I know this from extensive managment and hiring background things like what my age were, if i was married, how old my wife was, do i have kids and if not do i think i will, what type of car i drive anf how old it was.....all things irrelevant to this job also. I was then sent into a room to take a computer assessment test. I took the test and as i was lraving they caught me and asked if i had a few more minutes bumbled through more of off the cuff questions...come to find out the poor interviewer was the national manager jeff. Sad when the national manager cannot even interview properly.
Not a good interview experience

Interview
I was initially called and invited to the interview process for a team lead position. Unfortunately, rather than bring you on as a manager like most companies, they switch it and want you to be "ready to take over a management position" and bring you on as a regular rep. He discussed management salary, and claimed "rapid growth", but there were no guarantees. Felt bait and switched

Question 1
He went on a sales pitch about the company. First interview I've been in where they don't ask a single question.
