I applied online. I interviewed at Woodgrain (Boise, ID) in May 2026
Interview
Aside from the initial request for a phone screening, communication leading up to the interview was nonexistent. After scheduling a screening via the recruiter's calendar link, I had to proactively email them to request the meeting link when the system confirmation didn't arrive. I received no reply, and the link was finally sent a mere 15 minutes before the interview.
I logged into the Teams meeting on time and sat in the lobby for the entire 30-minute interview window (1:00 PM to 1:30 PM). I sent real-time emails both during the meeting window and after it concluded to offer flexibility in rescheduling. To date, no one has responded or apologized for the no-show, which demonstrates a significant breakdown in basic professional courtesy and corporate communication.
I applied online. I interviewed at Woodgrain (Fruitland, ID) in Nov 2025
Interview
Good, it was based on my resume and their job requirements. They needed someone with electrical background and someone who can follow and support IT side of things too. I was asked if I could come to their plant in fruitland Idaho for next round of interview, I could not go
