Interview
The application is a paper form that you can fill out in the store's break room. They give you a timed math test with basic arithmetic, and you aren't allowed to use a calculator. The interview is really informal and basically you just give your availability and rate on a scale of 1-5 whether behaving dishonestly (i.e. stealing, lying, taking drugs while at work) is acceptable or not.

Called me in to take a math test and personality questionaire and then called me in for an interview. Interview was a pretty basic interview that you could expect for this type of job.
Okay not to many questions not that long straight to the point a week after for signing papers and another week for orientation the person I had was pleasant not rude or judgmental

Super nice manager. Math test and personality test. The questions were just general about my background and what I was looking for. Was offered a job on the spot. I don’t think it would be difficult for most people to get hired here.
