Very accommodating. Team was knowledgable and understanding. Interview was via zoom. Each team member was able to give input and given the opportunity to ask questions. The interview was held with the team working with and the HR department as well.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woodside Priory School in Mar 2020
Interview
The response was quick, they saw me through a staffing agency and it took only 2 weeks to get me interviewed after their first email. The two teachers who interviewed me were nice and friendly. It seems that they prefer someone with strong communication skills and a unique educational philosophy. Since I told them about my education and family environment, they also asked me about how that affected who I am right now.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked how I would handle myriad situations, many involving parents. The students asked insightful questions about my thoughts on matters from curriculum to discipline. I interview a number of years ago but one question stood out from a member of the Leadership Team: Tell us how you would deal with going on a 3 day overnight outdoor field trip with the eighth graders to return to a parent evening with an hour's turn-around time? It wasn't a particularly challenging question to answer but it gave me an insight into the demands of the job.
