The interviews were silly, the HR team was very polite and friendly but the actual interview process was stupid. They call you in for a one on one interview once you get a call back for a second one its a group interview, they make you play games with the other candidates to see how you work as a team. Honestly the interview was easy but the way it was conducted was pointless.
