1st round was a telephone interview to discuss resume, experience and what I was looking for. 2nd round was an in-person interview at the company with hands-on-the-keyboard exercise to display my competence and skills as a programmer and my competence in problem-solving. 3rd round was an open, transparent discussion about fit, culture, expectations and compensation.
