The interview process was refreshing and very thorough. I felt with the combination of the phone interview, director meeting, and the field interview allows the candidate the ability to see if the position is something they could be successful in.

The interview process incorporated 3 steps and included a preliminary phone interview followed by an in person interview and concluded with a field interview. All steps were thoroughly communicated and extremely timely.

What is one thing about you that would surprise people if they were to learn it?
Overall, the interview process was amazing. It consisted of three interviews and a field simulation experience to learn more about the role. Everyone I met during my interviewing process was extremely helpful and addressed any questions.

Interview
My first interview was with Molly, she was great. It felt more like a conversation than being grilled. Next interview was over teams with Dayna and Tiffany, they were also great. The field interview was extremely helpful and thats when I knew this was the path I want to take.
