Three in-person interviews with members of the board. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I appreciated the opportunity to meet with them.

Interview
Three-hour total interview. First hour was an introduction to the company and structure, the second hour was shadowing cold calls, and the third hour was chatting with the CEO and managers from parts one and two. The role available was "Sales & Marketing Support" but as I learned more about the job during the interview, you learn the sales cycle for the first three months, and then you become a certified cold caller. In short, it's a call center.

Interview
Interview process was simple. One phone interview and two in-person interviews. The phone interview and the first in-person interview were with the same person, the director of sales. The second in-person interview was with the CEO of the tiny company. He is the CEO of two other companies which are based in the same office. Work Rocket was moving offices soon because of quick growth with the company.
