The first interview was on eon one, very open and easy going in style, very little focus on my qualifications and knowledge but a big focus on myself as a professional person and my experience in sillier roles. The main focus was on the right personality fit for the business. The second interview was formal in the head office, a second interviewer form within the business joined briefly but didn't appear interested beyond a meet and greet. Qualifications were requested for sighting only, the focus of questions were on how I may manage a particular situation. There was also a lot of opportunity and encouragement to ask as many questions about the business and role as possible, all questions were welcomed. The business was detailed as flat structured with lateral movement opportunities, vertical growth was not common due to the flat structure. Being able to juggle constantly moving objectives and deadlines was also an area of focus in both interviews.
