Workleap Software Developer interview questions

The interview first started with a call with HR. Then they will send you a test to do at home which is basically to implement an API and perform actions in any preferred languages. Then finally a design phase with the team where you just try to solve a problem with there "help".

- Phone screen with HR: explained the team and the product and ask questions related to my salary expectation. - Video chat with manager of the team and a colleague: some culture fit question and some light technical questions related to previous projects. Interviewers seems not excited to meet me and they seemed distracted when not addressed directly. - There is normally a take-home coding challenge. After 3 weeks without any update from the recruitment team, I had to send 3 request (2 email + 1 using my referral) before receiving a rejection from them due to my salary expectation it seems. I don't recommend this experience to anyone. The whole process took about 4-5 weeks including the delays.
