Worklete interview questions

I applied through a 3rd party recruiter. First, I had a 15 min phone interview with the CTO, followed by a 3 hr onsite where I talked to managers in non-technical roles. Then I had another 3 hr onsite with just the CEO and myself where we discussed something I'd built previously.

Very thorough and well-organized which actually made it easier and somewhat of a pleasure to go through (compared to most other processes I've gone through, which are many). Each member of the team covers a different topic or set of competencies (ie experience, skillset, culture-fit, etc)
