I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Workout World (Red Bank, NJ) in Mar 2012
Interview
2 interviews and fairly lax. Definitely dress in appropriate attire and be well spoken. Besides that interviews are very easy just make sure to display any current knowledge you have about fitness and make sure you have a passion for fitness because this is not a job you make a lot of money at at first until you build a client base.
