It was a short interview process with multiple interviewers and a few qualitative questions regarding what you think the world bank does and why you think you be a good fit for the role given
Warm and welcoming interview. They asked about my background, alignment with the mission, understanding of the local market where my internship office was located. The process was 2 stage post the application shortlisting, a behaviuoral round followed by a technical one.

WHat are the key challenges in healthcare delivery in developing countries?
There was a first round behavior followed by one super day. The super day had multiple people interviewing and each one asking about 2 questions each, mostly behavior but a few technical here and there.
