1. Online application (personal details, resume and cover letter).
2. Shortlisting notification and invitation to an interview.
3. Interview (panel of 4 specialists incl. one senior/lead responsible for the selection process).
4. Interview with the hiring manager.
5. Offer and further negotiations with the HR.
