There were two rounds - a panel interview with 3-4 people (one from the unit, two sector experts and an HR representative). The second one was an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager.

Panel with 5 people and everyone is really friendly. Interview was in several languages since they were all required for the position and it lasted 45 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from my side.

Interview
1st interview with hiring supervisor/team, questions around the sector and opportunities the team should pursue.
2nd interview with unit/department manager, questions related to program vision and strategy.
3rd interview with country office management, more to confirm if fit to work in the region/country and to formalize selection
