2. Interview with the local team and the lead officer from HQ
3. Interview with the team at the regional hub

Online test assessing analytical skills (knowledge of finance and banking), followed by Zoom interview with a five person interview panel which asked questions on personal experience, why I wanted to work at IFC, and what skills I would bring to the job.
