I haven't prepared the questions well. I feel like I lost the life opportunity. The hiring manager was very nice. The interview started with the explanation of the Jos duties and responsibilities as it was not advertised on any platform. I got approached by someone working there.

Panel interview four panelists. Three technical questions and one hr type question. Short answers and then a second round where they follow up asking for more details. The interview took place online.

Is globalization good or bad for the global economy
Interview with 4 people based around the world including administrative person. Each person had at least 2 questions with most questions coming from the manager. Questions were technical in nature but also included at least one round of questioning on soft skills.

normal interview. Competency-based interview that can easily be prepared for. If you have done other interviews with international organisations, an interview with the WB will be a piece of cake for you.
