Interview
I had obtain this interview through Robert Half recruitment service, I was first set up to have a phone interview with the Director of Supply Chain, we spoke about my skills, the position requirements and the expectations, after we had agreed that I had the skill set to perform the job we agreed to have a face to face interview the next week. The company got together with Robert Half and set me up for a one on one and a proficiency test as follow:
11:00 -12:00 Software Testing
12:00 – 12:30 (Demand Planner)
12:30 – 1:15 (Director, Supply Chain)
1:15 – 2:00 (CFO, VP, Finance/Accounting)
2:00 – 2:45 (CIO, VP Supply Chain)
I had arrived on schedule, had my preliminary conversation with the team members and we all agree that I was a fit for the position. except when I met the CFO, I was told that the position entail a lot of inventory Analysis and Management. The entire interviewing process went on for about 5 hours, at that point I thought everything went well. one shall assumed.
