The whole process took 7 months - after several tests and interviews. It was first a technical test, self interview (recorded through an application), language test, panel interview. It was an incredibly long process.

The interview was simple. I applied for a FIT Pool position, and was offered an interview after 4 months of applying and after an online assessment. The interview questions were behavioral questions, simply asking to define myself, my past experiences and why I am motivated to apply for this position. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and what I would have done to avoid a conflict situation with my colleagues.
