I applied online. I interviewed at World Food Programme
Interview
The interview involved a video test with around six questions and a video interview via Zoom. There was 30 seconds to prepare a response after you hear a question and one or two minutes to respond. At the final interview the HR person told me that I would hear about the outcome in two weeks, which I thought was unusually quick. I didn’t get any update and no response after following up with HR twice within the course of the next three months. Thankfully I had a way to contact the hiring manager who indeed confirmed that someone was hired and was apologetic for the HR behavior. Now over a year after the interview, the status of my application in the system is still under review and I never got a formal communication. I find this treatment of potential candidates unacceptable.
