World Press Release Organization interview questions

First stage was a video call with their senior graphic designer which was fine and very lovely, got invited to the next stage which was a trial day, I went to the trial day and while I was there the leadership team made 12 people redundant and they all had to leave immediately. This was very off putting for someone who came to interview to see what the company is like, the senior graphic designer assured me that the design team wouldn’t be affected. The interview went fine and I was told I would hear back in a week, after 3 weeks had passed I sent an email to ask for an update and I have heard nothing since
