World Vision Canada interview questions

The interview process for this role included three steps: First, a phone screen with someone from human resources. Secondly, an in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager. Finally, a brief chat with hiring manager and director.

Fist step was the usual screening, with the caveat that they do ask some questions related to your religion and your flexibility with other religions. After that, a technical test, with a presentation related to Process Improvement and an Excel test to manipulate some data (intermediate Excel skills).
