Very conversational, my interview (who ended up being my supervisor) was quite friendly and seemed to take on many interns every year. Was not put off by my lack of business experience, and enjoyed my enthusiasm for sustainability.

I only had one interview with my future supervisor, she was very kind and mostly asked why I was interested in the position. I admitted to having no prior business experience, but she said that interest, curiosity, and drive were most important.
