WorldVentures Holdings interview questions

I first had a 20 mins Phone interview with a company recruiter then I had a 30 mins face to face interview with a manager and supervisor. After that I had to pass a background check and a drug test.

Just the basic questions such as why are you leaving your current job, what did you do to diffuse an angry customer, what solutions did you apply that your boss noticed? And a long time talking on how great the company is. Pay is only 16/hr for biliingual candidates, assuming it will be less for who are not multi lingual.
