The initial interaction with the recruiter was professional and a first discussion was scheduled promptly. A follow-up interview with the hiring manager was also arranged. However, the hiring manager did not attend the scheduled interview, and although I was later informed that this was due to unforeseen circumstances, no further communication or rescheduling followed. While I understand that unexpected situations can occur, clearer communication and follow-up would have improved the overall candidate experience.
