Well organised and i enjoyed the interaction with the owners. The interview explained exactly what was expected of me and also allowed me to ask the questions that i needed answering so that i was comfortable in making my final choice. Salary was discussed and agreed upon.

Well structured interview and very clear about "KPI'S" Felt comfortable speaking to the owners and not just the head of HR. Job and benifits were well explained and the interview was very specific to my job application. They asked for permission to conduct a back-ground check which was understandable and acceptable to me. Great interview
