Employee referal for the company. A detailed screening interview. Followed by a technical interview. Second interview a week later. Followed by HR interview and then the offer from HR. The overall interview process took about 2 weeks approximately.

Kind of Experience pertaining to the industry. Prior experience.
It was for 3 rounds. The first was aptitude test, which is mostly MCQs, Fill in the blanks. Second was a group discussion about "how internet is useful" and the last round was technical round.

I had a great, casual sit down with someone from Worley to review my resume. They did work from a packet which took a long time, and had a lot of questions that seemed kind of the same.
