It takes at least two weeks to go through the entire hire-in process. Be prepared to submit a detailed resume. You will be interviewed two to three times. Expect to be drug tested and alcohol tested. An extensive background check will be performed on you as well. Interview was conducted through Teams and it was 45min long and they were mainly concentrating on project controls and Process that they are using . He concentrated mainly on what i could deliver and what my deep knowledge.
Was a multiple step interview process, first was a prescreen with HR, and then an in person interview with HR and the Hiring Manager. Was a formal interview which lasted approximately 1 hour.
