GHOSTTTTTT JOBS ... Don't fall I have attended an interview at worley for Solution Architect position based out in Hyderabad. There were total 3 rounds initially with a gap of 1 to 2 weeks between each. After 3rd round of interview, they said I have cleared the 3rd round and they will release the offer after few mandatory approvals. I have waited and followed up them multiple times but no response. I have decided that they are not gonna release the offer and started looking for other opportunities. After 1 and half month, they again called me saying that the previous position got fulfilled internally and there is another similar opportunity available and asked me about my availability. I said ok and they have arranged another round of interview. Post that I got call from the HR saying my interview feedback is positive and they are going ahead with the offer and they asked me to share few documents along with some form to be filled. I have filled all the forms and sent along with the required documents. Then, I haven't heard anything from them. I have amde multiple calls and finally decided that they did it as ghost jobs
