When I was hired we were just starting to get the Worxtime name out so the process is completely different now. I had started as a 1099 employee in March of 2014 and then asked to interview for a full time position in June 2014. I met with the three top management folks and was provided a tour of the workplace. Since they were hiring me for a remote position we also discussed logistics and equipment.
