This company is definitely listing fake jobs. I’ve interviews with them twice within the last 2 months (different recruiters) and haven’t made it out of the first round. The job market is crazy but one thing I’ve consistently been able to do is make it past the screening stage with recruiters because it’s all about regurgitating the job description back to the recruiter. The jobs are simply not real. No feedback just a generic “moving forward with other candidates” email typed out by the recruiter yet the jobs still remain open weeks and months after rejection.
