Very efficient. Had a phone interview and two in-person interviews. They had a lot of questions prepared during the first in-person interview. It took about an hour. The second in-person interview was a lot more relaxed and some of the same questions were asked.

Pretty standard interview process! Started with a phone interview with HR, then moved on to a Google Hangouts conversation with my potential director and a team member. From there I had an in person in the Chicago office with the Manager and a team member. Everyone was really nice and it felt pretty casual, even in person.
