Interview
I took a few personality assessments and was reached out to promptly. I interviewed with the Sales Director and the COO who explained the process and the position to me. I was able to ask questions and felt clear about my opportunities.

They asked honestly about my strengths and weaknesses and examples for each. They challenged me to truly list a weakness, not as a way to disqualify me from the job but as an opportunity to identify my areas of growth and how they could support me.
