I was already employed in marketing as a Community Marketing Agent. The process was quite simple. I accompanied a friend to a careers night, sponsored by the Wyndham. I met the Regional Marketing Manager. Since I have experience in both Timeshare Sales & Marketing experience, he was very interested in hiring me. I was contacted by the recruiter at a later date, to see if I was interested in the position. Who than set an appointment to meet with the Marketing manager. The interview was very easy, no complicated questions. Mainly asked about previous experience. I was hired, subject to background check.
