Interviewed with HR, Hiring Manager and a final interview with the CEO. Never received communications on a final decision or feedback from anyone at this company even after following up - similar to other reviews you will see here. If you believe that the interview process is an indication of what it’s like to work at a company, I would steer clear of this one. They obviously don’t value employee or interview experience.
Was told interview with CEO would be to determine a “culture fit” but was instead drilled on questions about my skills and past experience - not one culture related question was asked. Also when I was given time to ask the CEO questions about his vision, company goals, and goals for this role he blatantly would give answers like “I’m sure you could figure that out from the job description” he visibly seemed like he was not passionate at all and could care less about interviewing for the role. I would’ve declined even if given an offer due to how off-putting the whole experience was.
Regardless of the product the company is going nowhere with this joke of an interview process. The bad reviews on here from before the company rebrand say enough - if your serious about growing you might want to rethink your hiring process.
