No interview process. Just setup online profile and compete background check and you are good to go. Process is done pretty quickly. I think there was a fee for the background check.

No interview to work for company. All you have to do is create a profile and take a series of tests to get certified in various fields. Some skills or courses do not have a formal exam, but you must submit qualifications to earn certification (ex. sports, experience playing musical instruments.) You can get a boost in rankings based on the number of hours you work, rating received from your lessons, and the number of subjects you offer.
