Interview
first you'll have a phone interview, then a face to face, a ride along (working interview) then one more face to face interview. During all of the face to face interviews they will ask many question that do not have an answer, or if its a question about your opinion they will tell you you're wrong.
They also don't mention until the last interview that the base salary is only temporary. Once training is complete your salary drop down to basically minimum wage and the rest is purely commission.
I would strongly suggest to anyone going into the interview process to ask for a more detailed breakdown of their pay structure. They make it sound amazing at first but it is temporary.

Colloquio gestito male, troppe richieste personali e poca trasparenza da parte loro finché non accetti la posizione. Troppo pretenziosi, credo che non si possa pensare di conoscere tutto di un azienda con la quale forse ci sarà un rapporto lavorativo. A primo impatto ambiente di lavoro poco sano.
