There are around 2 to 3 interviews before being hired. The first interview is with a HR recruiter then the second and third are with subject matter experts. It takes about 2 months from the first interview to when you begin working for the company. The company is prone to hiring internally.

Call from a recruiter followed by a panel interview and one final interview onsite with the hiring manager. The panel interview was easy. They ask questions about you and your experience.
