I interviewed for a 6-month contract role at the end of November. I followed up via email in mid-December (2 weeks later), and never heard back. If I am not the right fit for whatever reason, that's fine, but it is incredibly unprofessional to not follow up with an applicant after an interview. They could at least send a generic email. I think this is indicative of their company culture, so maybe I dodged a bullet.
