The process was very long. 1 phone interview with recruiter, it was very short only took about 10 minutes. Follow up with take home assignments, then 30 minutes video interview with hiring manager.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at X (Jurong West New Town, ) in Jul 2020
Interview
First round - interviewed with the HR.
Second round - interviewed with the hiring manager.
Third round - submitted written assignment.
Spent effort and time working on the written assignment, but eventually got ghosted by the HR. HR didn’t bother to follow up (even after me sending multiple request for a response). I thought they should have at least the courtesy to reply and reject a candidate especially after going through three rounds of interview, including a written assignment.
