Totally waste of time on doing the online assessment! I took the OA 2 times each year when studying in grad school. Twitter seems only look at your resume after the OA. Each time I passed all test cases and doubly checked my complexity, it took long time to wait and got the reject letter though. This year, I apply for it as well. I got the OA invitation last week and I would like to do it today. However, I got reject letter this morning. Such a disrespectful company! But I will still apply for your positions since most ppl like your product.

I applied online. I received a 7-day coding challenge, which I completed in a day. I should have listened to their advice about completing the challenge in 90 minutes instead of taking a break. I had solve 2 out of 3 of them completely and the 3rd one partially by the 90 minute mark, but I thought I should think about the 3rd problem to improve my solution instead of submitting straight away. That was probably my downfall.
