The interviewing process taking much time, One concern I've noticed is that the preparation required, such as creating presentations and reviewing theoretical concepts, can sometimes become quite time-consuming. While it's crucial to evaluate candidates thoroughly, I believe we can find ways to streamline the process, making it more manageable for all parties involved.

Prepare to get ghosted even after Interview is arranged, interviewer did not show up during allocated timeslot and left me waiting for an whole hour with no news, email to recruiter to check again but got ghosted.

Quite a lengthy and difficult process, as expected for a large tech company. Took around 2 months from interview 1 to interview 4.
HR were very responsive with updates and usually took around 1 week to 10 days for next steps,
