Interview consists in a detailed revision of the prospect CV, followed by a review of the company activity. Points that are relevant for the community manager position are emphasised: communication skills, sociability, relevant experience with social networks private and business wize, with focus on self learning tools and sources.
Following the interview the prospect has to pass a practical test consisting in two projects prepared for two brands, brands that are active in the company's portfolio. Within the practical phase, the prospect has to prove good technical plus writing skills and creativity.
