XPS Solutions interview questions

A third party recruiter reached me with technical questions regarding my background and experience. Once I passed with it. I had the interview with the leadership at the company. They made questions regarding my technical skills and looking to see if I have the cultural fit with the company. The process was smooth and kind. I appreciate when the leadership takes the time to get to know personally the candidates, instead of just only looking for the technical skills.
