It has few parts in - interview with HR, technical interview and task to solve.
People at Xapo feel passionate about what they do day to day.
Both HR and engineering manager provide many interesting and useful information about the company so that during the call I had the "Like to work here!" feeling.

They rejected me in 5h. They didn’t even read mu CV. I received an automatic email without any feedback. I replied to Gabriel, asking for some feedback and he didn’t answer me.
They even didn’t give me the opportunity to talk to HR. My skills matched with the offer itself. The position is still available. I don’t understand anything.
