Xcel Brands interview questions

It was a set of 2 interviews. One with HR and one with the Direct Manager. The interviews were lengthy, in depth and covered a variety of areas. They were friendly and professional.

Very casual process. I applied through my college career development page. They took a while to respond to me after I first applied. Then they got back to me and we scheduled an interview.. also took them a while to get back to me after that. During the interview I met with two individuals from upper level management.
