      Engineering Manager Interview

      18 May 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Woodbury, MN
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Xcel Energy (Woodbury, MN) in Nov 2013

      Interview

Hurried and brief, and desperate. All their management had quit due to severe working conditions, i.e., recovering plant, high turnover with managment and staff due to excessive almost abusive amounts of continuous overtime.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Typical formulaic behavioral interview questions, i.e., tell us a time when you failed, developed someone, etc.
